Not everyone has an idea yet. But ideas come from the lives we lead and the people we know. It is no surprise that the PayPal mafia went on to create YouTube, Tesla, and LinkedIn, and now the Facebook mafia has launched Quora, Cloudera, and Asana.

Not everyone who has an idea knows how to act on it. How do I find a co-founder? How do I hire a sales team? Get customers? Then get them to pay? How should we finance? What should we be willing to give up? Developing the ability to answer these questions is a learnable skill—but not one that you’ll pick up working at professional services firms or in Fortune 500 companies. 

We want you to have big ideas. We want you to know how to act on them. And we want you to have your own mafia to help you through the whole thing.
